About the Creators

Tessa is a Lawyer, Podcaster, Writer and Brand Strategist. After 10 years as a litigator, tech lawyer and startup advisor, she decided to craft a successful freelance life that is truly hers. She believes you can do it, too Lucy is a Transformational Coach who specialises in career transition. By seeing past the obvious problems (“I hate my job” or “I can’t stop procrastinating”) she seeks to understand the real reasons we so often cannot make the progress we seek.
